3 weeks after the Pligg RC1 was released the new RC2 version has been ready to gladden every Pligg user. As usual it included new options and features, and due to the feedbacks of the users the new version was characterized by the bugfixes to avoid problems you could have experienced using the previous version. Pligg RC2 has been improved to possess compatibility with web hosts and to maintain the upgraded script. It also had several modules such as TinyMCE WYSIWYG,IP Blocker,social bookmark module and a special Experimental Upload module to support articles with images and other necessary files.

Further Pligg development was marked by version RC3 release which included new admin category page and new updates such as foreign languages and Search Engine Optimized links support.

But a week after the latest release it turned out that a lot of users had stumbled on certain problems because of the bugs with Pligg security check as it wasn’t tested properly. For this reason another fixed Pligg RC4 version was released and many problems were removed so you can now officially download it.

All the users are welcome to share their thoughts and ideas, and report about bugs which may appear while using the new version.
